The Spine Institute is located at 210 East Gray Street, Suite 90 in Louisville, Kentucky.

From I-65 South, I-64 East or West, and I-71 South

From I-64 East or West and I-71 South, merge onto I-65 South.

From I-65 South, take Jefferson Street/Downtown (Exit 136C).

Follow the lanes marked for Jefferson Street (stay in left-hand lane).

Proceed past the light at the end of the ramp on Jefferson Street.

Take the first left on First Street.

Proceed on First Street to the fourth traffic light and turn left on Gray Street.

Proceed on Gray Street through the next light at Brook Street.

Gray Street — Parking Garage

The parking entrance is on Gray Street to the right. The first five floors of our building are designated for parking. For your convenience, valet parking is available in front of the building, and parking for persons with special needs is also available. After your visit, our staff will be happy to validate your parking ticket.

After parking, take the elevators to the ninth floor.

From I-65 North

From I-65 North, take the Broadway Street exit.

The exit ramp merges with Brook Street.

Proceed on Brook Street to the next light and turn right on Gray Street.

Gray Street — Parking Garage
